Refund Policy

Every guide sold here comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. This page explains exactly how that works, and what it does and does not cover, so there are no surprises.
The guarantee
If a guide isn't a fit for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to return or delete anything first.
There are two ways to ask:
- Reply to the order email you received when you bought, or
- Write to thewisetravelerguide@outlook.com with the email address you used at checkout.
How long it takes
We approve refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the money is returned by the payment provider to the same card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it typically appears within 5 to 10 business days. We cannot make that step go faster.
What is refunded
The full amount you paid, including any tax charged at checkout. There is no restocking fee and no partial refund — you either keep the guide or you get your money back.
If you bought the Complete Bundle, the refund covers the whole bundle. We do not refund one book out of three.
After 7 days
After the 7-day window we no longer offer refunds as a matter of course. If something has genuinely gone wrong — a file won't open, a download link expired, you were charged twice — write to us anyway. Those are problems we fix regardless of how long ago you bought.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins, and you agree to this at checkout. Our 7-day guarantee is offered voluntarily on top of that — it is not a replacement for a legal right you would otherwise still have.
Chargebacks
Please email us before you ask your bank to reverse a payment. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks to resolve; an email takes a day and gets you the same money back.

Payments and file delivery are handled on our behalf by Payhip, with card processing by Stripe.
