Terms of Sale
Last updated 25 August 2026
These terms apply when you buy a digital guide from this website. They are written to be read, not to be impressive. If anything here is unclear, email thewisetravelerguide@outlook.com and ask before you buy.
Who we are
This site is operated by NextFrame Productions, Kampioensingel 45, 2492 WT Den Haag, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95134107, VAT number NL005132416B20. You can reach us at thewisetravelerguide@outlook.com.
What you are buying
A digital guide in PDF format, delivered as an immediate download. Nothing is shipped to you and there is no physical product. There is no subscription and no recurring charge: you pay once.
Free updated editions are emailed to the address you bought with whenever we revise a guide. We cannot send those if the address is wrong or the mail is filtered, so add us to your contacts.
How the sale is completed
Checkout, payment and file delivery run through Payhip, with card processing by Stripe. Their terms apply to that part of the transaction alongside these. The sale is complete when payment is confirmed and your download link is issued.
What you may do with the guide
You buy a personal, non-transferable licence. You may:
- read the guide on any device you own;
- print it, in whole or in part, for your own use;
- show it to your partner, your family and anyone travelling with you.
You may not resell it, republish it, upload it to a file-sharing site or a group, or use its contents in a product of your own. The guides are protected by copyright.
What the guides are, and are not
The guides explain published rules — airline policies, TSA procedures, Department of Transportation regulations and similar — and they cite the source for the claims they make. Every guide states the date it was verified.
They are general information, not legal, medical, financial or insurance advice, and they are not a substitute for your doctor, your insurer or an airline's own current policy. Rules change, and airlines apply them at their own discretion. Always confirm anything that matters with the airline, the airport or your insurer before you rely on it.
Liability
We take care to be accurate and we correct mistakes when they are pointed out. But we cannot be held liable for a decision you make on the basis of a guide, for a missed flight, a denied claim or a refused accommodation. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the guide.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds
Every purchase carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. The details are on the refund policy page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without affecting any protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
